This components covers all the legal team’s time, legal document preparation and certification, 3rd party correspondences and all standard paperwork with no additional hourly fee charges. This component is fixes (unless advised otherwise).

A general overview of what’s covered:

  • A dedicated licensed conveyancer.
  • Preparation of legal documents.
  • Certification of legal documents and Transfer.
  • Reviewing rates balances and adjusting rates, taxes and levies.
  • Preparing your settlement statement
  • Liaising with your lender (where applicable)
  • Drafting correspondences with all parties involved
  • Our time for attending to settlement on your behalf

Disbursements/3rd Party Fees

The second (and variable) component of your costs will relate to all third party costs, government expenses, stamp duty (where applicable), transfer registration, amongst other things. These costs will remain the same regardless of which legal services firm you engage and are very crucial to the transaction as they ensure compliance requirements are met so that settlement occurs on time.

While these costs are variable, all standard transactions will generally include:

  • Secure Archive, Administration and File Management Fee $120
  • PEXA Settlements Fee $132.66

  • Verification of Identity Interview depends on method
